....AS GOD INHALES
|
The serenity of the morning,
before nature wakes,
Before the birds, the squirrels,
and the movement of the lake.
A time when you can
feel as God inhales,
Purifying His people,
keeping their soul from fail.
Touching ever so lightly
the mind of those sleeping,
Intensifying the love,
in their hearts they are keeping.
He'll spread His arms,
suddenly daylight appears,
Then He exhales,
and blows away any fears.
As the sun begins to
brightly shine through the trees,
He unlocks nature,
with shiny golden keys.
The rose rears it's head,
and drinks in the dew,
While the Robin sings,
God's hymns so sweet and true.
The breeze begins to blow,
and the world begins to wake,
While we watch eagerly
for the next breath, God takes.
