now you see it, , soon it is gone.''
Puts Our Life in ''Perspective'',..Real Short!,..and yet We 'fret' over
things that really don't matter,..Many ''Build''
Empires here on earth,..But in the end,..We Come into the World Naked,..We
Leave the Same Way!..
Although I remember the ''Rich'' Girl that was buried in her 'Ferrari'' in
her favorite 'nighty!'...and the Guy who
was put in the ground on his ''Chopper!''...
Are Any of Us really ready to ''Die?''...No!..of course
not!...BUT!...Shouldn't We think about being ''Spiritually''
ready in case a ''Truck'' should fall on Our Head or something!..
Jeremiah asked God,..''Who am I,..What is My Destiny?''....GOD,..
Well,..He said this...''I AM the I AM, I AM the
GOD of All Nations,..I AM the ALPHA and OMEGA!'' and You?...
2 Jeremiah-1:5...''I knew you before you were formed in your mother's
womb, before you were born I sanctified
you as My spokesman to the world.''
Simply stated,..GOD knows Us,..knew Our Name,..and the time of Our
Passing!''...Plain and simple!...
I was asked,..Can a Man Change the ''Outcome'' of His Life if the Man
Himself Changes?''
Well,..God gave Us ''Freewill'',..We can do what 'We' Want of course,..BUT!....Didn't
JESUS say to God, His
Father, ''May YOUR Will be Done?''...Submitting a Weakness that was the
Human side of Him?..We can
Change the outcome of Our Life,..but Change the ''End Time?''...You'll get
the ''Time-Out'' on that one!...
Only GOD Knows!
What do We do?..Who do We Believe?...Here again..the Bible says this!...
John-5:24...''I say emphatically that anyone who listens to My message and
believes in God who has sent Me,
has 'Eternal' life, and will never be damned for his sins, but has already
passed out of Death into
Life.''...JESUS said it,..so it is written!
That speaks ''Volumes'' to me!...We Live down here,..''Struggling'' like
little ''Chipmunk's'' storing up ''nuts''..
putting away as much as we can,...in stead of ''Sharing the Wealth'' as
they say,..many just 'Hoard' and store
for their own pleasure,..Turning a ''Blind Eye'' on the Many Who are less
'Fortunate'',..Yes,.I know there are
those out there who Don't want to work,.call it a ''Free- Ride'' is the
term,..and it Hurts the many
who really need help...But, as I was saying,..To Hoard here is to be
''Barren'' on the Judgment day!...
Jesus did in fact say that the ''Lazy'' will starve and Perish, while
those who work will ''Prosper',you can take
it both ways,..When You Give down here,.You will Receive ''Ten-Times'',.if
not in this life,..the Next!...
''DENY ME!,,..and I Will Deny you to the Father!''... Definately will keep
You ''Off the Soul Train!''
Prepare Yourself here,.Now,..''Death'' is just Around the Corner!...
When that ''Soul Train'' stops,..if You ''ain't'' got the
'Ticket',..You'll not be doing the ''Soul Train Shuffle!''
You'll be singing,..''I Owe My Soul to the Company Stove!''...Remember
that one!...
My Friends,..this has been ''Truly'' a trying month for me,..as a
Pastor,.as a Man,..and as a Friend,..having
Said my ''Final Farewell's'' to Many,..Some holding my
hand,..''Afraid'',..needing 'Affirmation' in their Faith,
''We Walk in Faith,..Not by Sight.''...To say ''Goodbye'' is Hard,..
especially seeing Families trying to 'Let Go'..
BUT!..In Faith, Jesus waits for HIS Children to Come Home,.When we are met
at the ''Station,..He say's to us
as He collects our ''Ticket'',..'Well Done My Good and Faithful
Servant''... and when We step out onto the
''Platform'' wondering where We are going from there,..JESUS
says,..''Today YOU Will be with ME in Paradise''
FAITH?..a Powerful tool,..Use it,..May GOD Hold HIS hand of Comfort over
those whom have lost a Loved one,..
I'll close with this,..When We are ''Tested'',..Remember these
''Proverbs''
''The Lord is the way, the Truth and the Life, he who believes in Him has
already passed from death unto life.''
''Though our body be laid to rest in the grave, we shall live, for the
Lord is the Resurrection and the Life.''
''To Prepare for Tomorrow,..Trust Jesus Today!''
