WOULD YOU RECOGNIZE JESUS?
Would you recognize Jesus
if you met him face to face
or would you think he was
just
someone you couldn't place?
Surely, if Jesus came to your house
you would serve to him a feast
If A down/out homeless man came,
would you send him .....to a Priest?
If a little girl whose home had burned came to
you cold, hungry and frightened from the loss,
Would you take her in, feed and comfort her,
or would you send her.... to the Red Cross?
If an unkempt, homeless beggar came by
and asked only to sit and speak to you,
would you send him away shamelessly;
just remember JESUS was homeless, too.
If Jesus were arrested and in jail,
you would hurry quickly to post bail.
If a drug addicted woman came for help,
would you help her build a shelter
or refuse to give her even one nail?
If a little child drug his wagon
across your beautiful, green yard,
would you cheerfully correct him
or would you scold him very hard?
If any of the above listed people
should come to grace your domicile,
you have need to treat them kindly
if you would have Jesus look on and smile.
When any of these people happen by your house,
I beg of you, try to remember....please!
JESUS said, "If you have done it unto the least
of these, you have done it unto me."

You will never know what form
our precious Lord would decide to take.
When you treat all with genuine kindness,
Jesus speaks to Father.. especially for your sake.
